Fancy An Adventure?

Does anyone out there fancy joining Stu Walker and I on the adventure of a lifetime?

We are hoping to return to Zambia in late June 2013 in a quest for more tiger fishing action. ‘Striped river dogs’ don’t grow much bigger than those found in the Zambezi River around the Barotse flood plain. It’s sensational fishing and requires practically no special tackle. If you dabble for pike now and then the chances are you already have everything you need. In fact this is pike fishing on steroids for acrobatic, hard fighting specimens that can be caught using livebait, deadbaits, lures or flies.

We screened a clip from our last trip on Sky TV last week and lots of people have told us how much they enjoyed it but if you missed it, don’t worry. We now have the extended version available for you to view on our YouTube channel:

If you fancy joining us on the trip you’ll be more than welcome. There are only 10 places available including Stu and me and some of those have already been snapped up so don’t hang around if you’re interested. The cost is £2390 per head plus the cost of a flight to Johanneburg which is currently around £860. Sounds expensive, I know, but let me assure you we are taking no profit from the venture. We’re organising this simply because it is vital to put 10 bums on seats in the private plane that flies us from J’burg to Lukulu via the fantastic Victoria Falls.

The accommodation and food is second to none. Just check out the Matoya Facebook Page and their web site for details. You’ll be blown away considering the remote location which is several hundred kilometres from the nearest tarmac road.
